We’ve created our own version of coaching. Our coaches are former C-Suite, VPs, and directors who’ve done the job your leaders are doing. They help members uncover their blind spots and share what worked and what didn’t from direct experience. We call this our 80/20 approach: we lead with coaching, and layer in mentorship to help people make real change, fast. That credibility and experience helps ensure every session is meaningful. This is why our utilization rate is 98% month-over-month, and our coach satisfaction is 4.94/5.

We’re also approaching AI differently. Today, it’s not about emulating human coaches. Instead, we focus on extending coaching beyond the session itself to help people accelerate behavior change. Our AI layer, Moments, captures what happens in coaching so it doesn’t disappear. Members get structured takeaways, can revisit their coach’s guidance before a tough meeting, and identify patterns over time (something AI is perfectly suited for, and humans less so!).

Mento coaches are former C-Suite executives, VPs, and directors from the world’s fastest-growing and most established companies. When a leader looks up their coach, they see someone who’s built teams, shipped products, and navigated the same challenges they’re facing.

Our application process is highly selective. Every coach completes our 24-hour, ICF-accredited training program, which teaches them our 80/20 coaching and mentorship methodology. They keep developing after that: weekly training, 1:1s, and our AI layer, Moments, which helps them get better after every session.

It starts with a short matching survey, covering role, function, specific challenges and growth edges. Our matching team curates 2–3 coach options, and members then do two chemistry calls before choosing their coach.

Functional alignment is important, but it’s only one factor. We’ve built our matching on years of data about what drives long-term engagement and behavior change across levels, industries, and company types. If the fit isn’t right, people can switch coaches at any time.

Members meet with their coach every two weeks. That cadence helps members build rhythm and drive behavior change, while fitting into busy schedules.

We offer two tiers:

  • Leadership Coaching pairs directors, managers, and senior ICs with executive-level coaches. 45-minute sessions focused on the day-to-day challenges of leadership skills, management capabilities, and individual performance.
  • Executive Coaching pairs C-Suite, SVPs, VPs, and department heads with C-Suite-level coaches. 60-minute sessions focused on strategic decisions and organizational dynamics.

Between sessions, Moments gives members a structured summary of what they discussed, what they committed to, and what to focus on next. They can pull up their coaching before a hard conversation or revisit patterns over time.

You’ll have data you can take to your leadership team.

  • Pulse Survey tracks 22 specific leadership behaviors over time, across individual performance, leadership skills, and manager competencies. It’s built on validated psychometric instruments, designed with I/O Psychologists and ICF coaches.
  • Peer Insights gather 360-style feedback from the people around each leader.
  • Impact Reviews at baseline, midpoint, and end of engagement give you a longitudinal view of what’s changing.

Our in-house team turns this into custom reports for your team, so you can see what’s working and where to invest more. We share the same insights with our coaches to keep your program evolving with your organization.

Coaching only works if people can be fully honest, which is why what’s shared in sessions is kept 100% confidential.

Companies get aggregate, anonymized data: engagement rates, Pulse Survey trends across the cohort, and Impact Review summaries.

We never want seats to go unused. That’s not why we’re here! We keep an eye on participation and partner with you to make sure every seat gets used. If someone’s canceling sessions or not showing up, we’ll let you know, and we’ll reach out to them directly to understand what’s going on and help them get the most out of coaching.

Pricing depends on the tier (Leadership or Executive) and cohort size. Larger cohorts get better per-seat pricing. We’ll walk you through the numbers on a call.

Most programs are live within two weeks of signing. We handle the operational lift (kickoff, intake surveys, matching), so the main ask on your side is identifying who’s in the cohort. After that, leaders manage scheduling directly with their coach.
