I’ve spent my career building products and product management teams for leading enterprise software companies, including Salesforce, Oracle, and UKG. I've led teams of product managers, designers and researchers, primarily focused on enterprise SaaS solutions in Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Services and Healthcare.

Outside of my coaching and consulting activities, I love being in nature - whether hiking, skiing, mountain biking or solving any kind of puzzle. I also try my hand at painting - sometimes successfully and often not!
