I am Nina Patel, and I am thrilled to be on this coaching journey with you.

I am a seasoned Senior Product Engineering Leader with 15+ years of experience in leading product engineering teams in high growth startups, enterprise and non-profit organizations such as NASA, Kiva.org, Salesforce, Deloitte Digital and Coalition Inc.

I help young and mid-career professionals in discovering and re-discovering their vocation. I help software engineers, product managers, first time managers, and mid-career managers discover and develop their talent.

My coaching style is creating safe, inviting space for you to bring your whole self in to sessions. I will listen to, challenge and/or validate your thinking and your perceptions, all while encouraging you to think long-term. We will ace your big and small goals along the way.

In my free time, I like dabbling in Human and Organization Psychology, Design Thinking, System Thinking, Space Science, Artificial Intelligence, Personal Finance, Early Childhood Development, Coaching and Mentoring and Toastmasters International. I love watching films, tinkering on an art project, cooking, gardening, traveling and hiking outdoors with my son and husband.
